You may come and live her with us in our village; we can fix you a place to suit your needs
and desires in cloud-mounted Tecalpulco on a great hill looking out over northern Guerrero.

Life in the village is not exciting; In Tecalpulco, one does not have to move so fast to keep up.

The best thing about living in a village like Tecalpulco is the people who are naturally friendly;
foreigners have always been treated with respect - people from over the world have visited here.

In Tecalpulco we do welcome foreigners, if you wish to come here and live among us;
your presence most certainly would be a social and economic benefit to our community.

We look to meet the right persons, who would like to be our neighbors;
who will emigrate to form part of a small Tecalpulco foreigners’ colony

Yet, there are no requirements at all that you socialize; you can be a hermit if you want;
since the guiding philosophy of Mexican society could be said to be to “live and let live”.

As part of any arrangement of your buying or leasing our land and buildings, our village
provides basic security and good will – we are not letting any bad people get close to you.

If you have never lived in a village try and imagine that townspeople all know each other,
friendly “Buenos Dias” passing in the street, it is very old-fashioned in the way of society.

Do not worry about language as our kids study English and they will give you Spanish lessons
If you stop and play with them. There are some excellent language-training schools in our area.

We do not have specific properties for sale, there is no real estate market everyone has property;
houses are adobe or brick, usually with a patio and covered outer hallways and a little corn field.

You can have an adobe house or compound with bouganvilia courtyard, elaborate stone walls
remodeling or upgrading it so it will exactly suit your particular needs and comfort requirements.

Of course you really need to come to Tecalpulco in order to know what it is I am talking about;
at that time we can show you the possibilities for your establishing your homestead in our village.

I should not fail to mention that climate in Tecalpulco is quite mild never getting either hot or cold;
just about every day, the sky is blue with slight breeze and a view; it is a little paradise here.
