ARTCAMP plays an important role for a growing number of crafts producers
and small family workshops in the villages of Tecalpulco
and Taxco El Viejo, Guerrero, Mexico.
In addition it has managed to create permanent jobs for several people
whom are employed full-time by the cooperative working at the central workshop
in the city of Taxco de Alarcón.
By targeting these producers ARTCAMP fights the ongoing migration wave to the US
and provides an alternative source of income to rural crafts producers.
Through the combination of modern technology
and the excellent artistic skills of the craft producers
ARTCAMP assures top-quality products with a very competitive edge (price-wise).
